I would highly recommend Carrie. She does not just do permanent makeup she is an artist and a perfectionist. A friend and I went yesterday and had brows and eye lids done and it was an awesome experience. I will be flying from Florida for all my future makeup needs. CARRIE YOU ARE AWESOME !!!!! Also I forgot to mention that I had had mine done by two other people and she repaired and made my brows look great.

Absolutely hands down the best decision I've made! Carrie is soooo sweet, took her time explaining everything she was doing, she walked me through the process and explained what to expect when I'm done healing! She answered every question I had and made me feel so comfortable!There was no pain involved, it actually almost tickled! My lashes are more beautiful than I could ever imagine, and my rockin' new eyeliner is going to be great as well! I'm too excited to see them when they are healed! I will definitely recommend Color by Carrie to anyone, I was in the best of hands and you will be too!! So stop thinking about doing it and just call Carrie! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I was excited, yet nervous because of it being the eye area, Carrie made me at ease the moment I walked in the door. She is so friendly & down to earth. She explained everything she was going to do, asked me if I had any questions & what I wanted she made happen... I have 13 tattoo's & this is nothing compared to them. Getting your eyebrows threaded hurts worse than getting eyeliner done by Carrie. She kept my eyes numb, made sure I was comfortable & in no pain or discomfort. It does tickle! I have done my research on the procedure & called a few local (Evansville) tattoo shops, I went with Color by Carrie! She is passionate about what she does & it shows in her work... So glad I found her! I was so at ease that my Samsung fit gear showed me sleeping while I had the procedure done. She gave me aftercare instructions and made sure I knew how to care for my eyeliner.. My only regret is not getting this done sooner! I so recommend Carrie to do anyone's eyeliner!

I had my appointment this past Wednesday for permanent eyeliner with Carrie. She did a fantastic job, not only ensuring the eyeliner was applied just how I wanted, but that I was comfortable during the whole process. She did wonderful educating me on proper after care. I have not had a since problem! I loved that she followed up the next day to make sure all was well. I highly recommend Carrie for anyone, young or old, scared of needles or not. The process is pain free and she is great for conversation!

Beautiful salon, outstanding service and affordable prices!!! Being new to the permanent makeup line, Carrie explained what to expect, what she was going to do as she performed her magic on my eyelids. Before I knew it, she was done. They are beautiful!!! I had my permanent eye liner redone by Carrie, (Had it done a few years ago at another place.) she did a fantastic job. It was such a better experience than my first time. Carrie explains everything she is doing and constantly checks to make sure you are numb and comfortable. She is awesome at her job. I highly recommend her and this salon to anyone thinking about doing permanent makeup. I love my eyes now!

I just had my upper and lower lids done and Carrie did an excellent job! Took her time and insured I was pain free and comfortable throughout the process. This says a lot because I have a thing about eyes and cannot even watch mascara commercials without getting squeamish! Highly recommend her!!

My mother and I had the permanent eyeliner done together. My mom had no problem jumping in the chair...I on the other hand have an allergy to pain. Carrie Burnette was excellent. She talked me through all the steps and once the numbing agent had taken effect it was a breeze. I swear I could have fallen asleep. Would totally recommend this for all you ladies that want to save a little time and money.
